Custom cardboard mailer box designed and manufactured by IDP Direct for Walpole UK, the voice of British fashion. 

Corrugated board was custom made at IDP Direct using a combination of James Cropper 100% recycled paper made from coffee cups and anti bacterial coatings to create a durable F Flute. 

Artwork was redesigned to accommodate a multilevel emboss/deboss design requiring zero inks, glues, or foils. 

The sustainable message was delivered to the recipients of Walpole's Fashion Yearbook to illustrate how custom e commerce shipping boxes will need to look to maintain their premium look while still being sustainable.

The brand art was applied by manually fed letterpress in Indonesia. Graphic design production was developed in the US office of IDP Direct.
