Redesign of the coat of arms and flag of Burgas
An Iberian shield, split vertically in two fields of 1/3 and 2/3 respectively, tinctured silver and blue. Three black scallops are positioned vertically on the silver field and a golden rampant golden morse on the blue field.
The arms are crowned with a naval crown with three golden ships with white sales and a red ribbon banner on the central mast.
The flag is a horizontal tricolour of gold, white and blue.
