An illustration of an idea I had one night looking up at the stars on Ballyquinn beach. To create the reference image for the combusting crab I took a bag of broken remains washed up on the beach to the studio to photograph, put them together as a digital collage and then drew on top of it with a white pen using the pointillism technique to create the stars, Followed through with a galactic swirl in the background using the same technique.
