Colorful works inspired by The City by the Bay
Here are a few of of the paintings I have done over the past year. The style is a little bit different than my usual work. I contrast the colorful setting with the black outline of the characters . It is something that kind of just happened and I really liked the results of that style of painting. All of the works are painted with gouache paint on wood panel. Stay tuned for more Muni Bus paintings in the coming months. I am currently painting a series of buses for a solo exhibition at Fabric 8 Galleries in San Francisco this July!
