In the heart of downtown milan, one can encounter a fresh atmosphere and experience at fresh by bionature – an all organic bar, restaurant and shop. This natural experience is based on the three main elements that give life to plants and herbs:soil, water, and oxygen. These three elements form a vertical gradient from solid to void. Soil is represented by the solid architectural forms and the modular cube elements in the space. The reflective, transparent, and light blue materials used represent water, above the soil. Oxygen is perceived physically by the air purifying system in the ceiling that sporadically emits blasts of visible mist as well as the circular voids in the ceiling.
