I designed a series of illustrated plates as tribute to the ceramic art of Vietri and the Amalfi Coast.

Visiting the Coast of Amalfi and little cities like Vietri Sul Mare, it's easy to see many ceramic shops that exhibit their products. Vases, plates, mugs etc...

Those places have and historic relation with ceramics and fishing, and the artists usually paint fishing scenes on ceramic plates. Their style is globally recognizable, is iconic.

I took inspiration from their wonderful pieces of art and I made a tribute to them, designing this plates.
