The project of a residential complex located along the Svyatotroitsky boulevard in Belgorod.
The main architectural task was to create an environment design aimed at reducing the negative impact of large architectural volumes in the body of low-rise buildings in the historic city center.

For this important task, the facades of the projected buildings are emphasized by a large number of light architectural elements as opposed to the large masses of glass materials and rough stone on the first floors of buildings.
The style of the architectural elements of the residential complex was designed taking into account the architecture of buildings of urban importance built in the second half of the last century.

The main concept was to visually unite the structure of perception of the residential complex and the buildings around.
Create a minimal contrast against the backdrop of the administrative architecture of the city center with its brutal mass of decorative elements of building facades.
