Emotional Response Task: Working Model Prototype

In this task we are required to generate an innovative system that can help customers in crucial situation. This could be a mobile app, kiosk or website.  In our case since we did the experience mapping for vaccination process. Also since there is already an app for this Bruhealth, we chose to add additional features to the Bruhealth app.

Group Members:

Tools used:
- Adobe XD
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Microsoft Teams
We were able to coordinate on Microsoft teams inorder to brainstorm and come up with the ideas and what features needed to be added to improve the vaccination process as well as improve the user experience.
Challenges/Difficulties
- One of the Issues faced during the vaccination process, by foreigners was that In the observation area the Queue up numbers were called out, in Malay only.
- Another is the Manual registration still being used, making it hard to social distance.
- Long lines and Long waiting for some people.
Additional features include:

- Registration to be done online, after scanning at the entrance it will automatically take you to an online Registration form.
- A queue up number will be allocated, from the app.
-Scanning Qr code After injection will send a prompt to observation section team to start 15mins observation.
What is the Benefit of having these features?

- By having registration online, it reduces a paper trail meaning there is no misplaced paper work and it won’t get lost
- Not related but by using less paper we are helping the environment
- In this Covid-19 situation we are required to social distance, by having registration and queue up allocated by Bruhealth, almost no human interaction except for the injection itself.
- Reduce Long lines, reducing waiting time.
So with the above features added this is what the process would look like:
