I made a logo back in 2008. I was in love so when you are in love you do very cheese things like a logo with your and your boyfriend's capital letter, and that's what i did. 

So i wanted to make a monogram but not like the classic monograms you usually see. 

Our letters were E and N, and the have something in common that catch my attention, 3 lines in onde direction, letter N has one that is not parallel but i could manage that, so i rotated the letter N and inserted inside the letter E, fused some lines, and it worked, i had this cute "love logo" to show off my love and used many times. 

Don't get me wrong, i still think it is pretty cool, whoever do you know with such a cool "love monogram"? 
But i several years latter (10 to be more precise), i wanted to have a personal logo for my freelance work and personal brand, and i really liked the shape of the logo i made with one of my letters, so i decided  to make a makeover to the logo, so it wasn't an E plus an N anymore but a strong and nice E, and the oblique lines on the top tips of the letters reminds a thick marker, the one you use to highlight texts, and i loved that looked like that, because i always loved to work with "non digital" materials.

After a while I made a version with an accent on top because in portuguese it is how we read the letter E and since when i say my name it sound like it starts with an "i" (in portuguese) and I always have to say:

- It is Eliana with an E!
