This is my project from last year in the faculty and it is called Lament over Ada Kaleh.

Here is some short description of initial idea and concept!

The Museum of remembrance of centuries of historical heritage is located in the Djerdap Gorge, in the middle of the Danube and above the outline of a submerged island. The position on the water dictates the inverse observation of the landscape - from the water to the shores. The presentation starts before the arrival. It is an experience that accompanies sailing to, through, and from the museum site. The Danube, its banks, and memories of Ada Kaleh are on display.
   

The concept is manifested through the immersion of the content and the reduction of visible design to a symbol. Therefore, the museum space is divided and floats on the water line - forming a landscape above, and a memorial space of exhibition galleries below. The specific relationship between the object and the water defines its hydrodynamic and rounded formality.

This shape enabled the hollowing of the structure, which initiated the connection of the water exterior with the illuminated interior and the sky. The line of movement begins by descending through a dark tunnel and abruptly erupting into a lighted atrium. In this way, a floating memorial park was created.
