1)This mockup is for photoshop Cs5, it is not combatible with Cs3 and it is not tested in Cs4. I will be working on this shortly, so stay tuned for more combatibility updates.
2)You cannot upscale as it is a bitmap but the resolution (2500x1875) is high enough to cover all your needs.
3) The logos shown in the preview are for visualization purposes only and they are not included in the package. The original artwork can be found here:
