After watching Penduline tits and their babies recently I've been completely drawn by them and started to draw right away. I literally could not stop till I finished it. Because they are so cute!

Have you seen their elaborate bag nest? We call it “woolen mitten” in Russian and I think this is the sweetest name for that.

I depicted the cloudy nest during the construction stage, in general, their nests are much bigger with a small entrance hole at the top (just like the separated thumb of the mitten). They use plant fibre to make their nests, lined with soft animal fur, plant down, and spiderweb to ensure the comfort and isolation. The nests are carefully woven around the branches and usually hung right over the water.

So the first prize goes to the Penduline tits and their fabulous nests! I would give them my heart too.
