CSS and JQuery
I really cut my teeth learning CSS when I started customizing Myspace layouts. In 2010, myspace revamped their entire site and coding and they no longer support the original layouts. Thus resulting in the sites I did, not existing anymore. Since then I've really taken my CSS and javascripting to new levels using advanced scripting and development with JQuery. I have also been intregrating HTML5 and CSS3 as well as fully customizing Wordpress templates.
Some of the sites below have active links wich are turqoise. Some are no longer in use, and are just screen shots.
An Ordinary Field With an Extraordinary Secret
This is a really cool site for an upcoming movie that combines many of my skills including JQuery CCS3 and HTML5. Users get at completely interactive experience with audio, and animation. It kind of reminds me of the animation you might see on a video game. Creepy!! Click on the title to take a look!

Double Zero Films
I partnered up on this site to develop a service that is forward, fresh and a necessity in this fast paced digital age. This site offers the concept of a full service video website. Double Zero Films will come and shoot the interiors and exteriors, as well as interviews, testimonials, and headshots to fully show, promote and exploit the workings and assets of your business. Why pay for a static website, when you can have a video website? In the coding, I used JQuery for the almost all the functions. The great thing about animating your site with JQuery vs Flash is, JQuery is light weight and translates onto mobile devices. Flash Does not. I also introduced a slider which can play video or static images and it is linked to thumbnails.

This is a clean and modern portfolio based site with advanced JQuery coding. In this site I used many facets of JQuery including Parallax Scrolling, Slide, Zoom and Animate to name a few. The landing page has a cool airport lettering animation. I also integrated a simple user friendly blog CMS with social media share buttons

A site that is very complicated underneath a very user friendly interface, and clean design. This site goes pretty deep into it's coding with a complete built in Content Management System and self archiving blog, interavtive video links and othe web 2.0 feature like the content slider on the main page.
The Daily Minx
A unique twist on Astrology. This site combines conventional astrology with sex appeal. I used Wordpress for the interface. This way, the client has a wide variety of plugins and options, not to mention they can update the site whenever the please. This site boats twitter and facebook feeds as well as an RRS feed from a horoscope site. Everything on this site is social media friendly right down the excerpts in the the slider.

Grey River is a fishing lodge on the east coast of Canada. On this project the layout was handed to me, and I had to bring it to life. This clean and simple site offers very high functionality and is current with the 2.0 web standards. I integrated scrolling headers, dynamic buttons, lightbox galleries, and even a php based blog. The big thing this site offers to the client is a multi functional client management system similar to wordpress. The CMS allows the client to update the blog [which also creates excerpt lists for each post]. Everything on this site [including the lightbox galleries] is editable by the client, and the integrity of the design and layout can never be compromised.
INXS
Original Sin Splash Page
Sony came to me and asked if I could throw together a simple splash page to launch the licensing of the record in Canada. The site needed to be done by the next day. It incorperated Facebook and Twitter feeds which you do not see in this screenshot.
Toneland MySpace
This was a really cool Myspace Layout I did for a recording studio. There are some black fields in the layout where Media Players etc used to reside. It's a shame the platform no longer exisits, it was cool to see that the majority of the knobs and dails were fully animated.
