BACKGROUND
The project started by understanding the fact that consumers are often confused with the range of products, tariffs, and promos offered by telco providers. Be aware that consumers need a portal which is highly informative yet easy to navigate, PT XL Axiata, Tbk. helped by us, XM Gravity with our partner, Astra Graphic Information Technology (AGIT) collaborated to build a new site that can help consumers to get clear and straight-forward information about all XL updates.
In design side, we approached with responsive design which enables consumers to get the information clearly through various gadgets (desktop, tablet, or mobile).
In technical side, this site is built on Oracle WebCenter Sites platform that supports rich media content management & authoring, page rendering, multi-channel delivery (mobile) and analytics, whereby XL Axiata’s digital team can now easily manage the overall site within a single touch point team, cutting out the procedure to be more efficient and effective.
This site is also integrated with the system where consumers can easily manage their personal accounts, check their credit balance, and engaged with the brand's content.
After approximately 4 months, at May 2nd, 2013 this site was successfully launched.
