About the magazine:
Over the last few years, we have carefully nurtured their signature visual style. Each photograph was picked to fit into color palette and aesthetic that is essentially best describing who TD are without adding any other elements. Minimalistic and luxurious are the key words which describe what we do for Thirlmere Deacon, art direction and design wise. The magazine itself contains a lot of useful information regarding current market overview, market outlook for the next quarter, as well as their current property locations and details about why each of these locations are in the hotspot. It helps their customers understand their property purchases better, as well as understand how property market works.

About design/print:
Magazine is designed on a US letter size, with a combined grid system. I've combined 3 typefaces, and each of them has their own purpose: running text font, subtitle, mail titles. The magazine has a  perfect binding, printed on a high quality 150gsm paper.
