The illustration branding project I've done for architect company  - Urban Captal. ​52 Pick-up Inc, commissioned Arunas Kacinskas to create an illustration, that was modern, distinctive and iconic, for a brand new condominium project in Toronto, developed by Urban Capital and Malibu. 
My goal was to create modern and stylish icons/illustrations which will be used to represent smart building which have been developed in downtown Toronto, Queen West area.  The illustrations and icons have been used to help to advertise and support the launch of the project, involving  - branding, printing, website, adverts and presentations.
 
Note: I was involved in only in creating the illustration and icons
