Behance Portfolio Reviews was happening in Bangkok for the first time, and some of the industry leaders I approached were a bit unsure of how the event would take place. To clearly identify roles for the review leaders, I made a Coach's Kit that included a handbook and a lineup page of their "players". Each coach led a specific team divided by categories, such as Team Graphic Design, Team Illustration and Team Interaction Design. All nine groups had a different seal for their team, and each "player" was given a badge with their corresponding seal. The kits also came with a whistle to keep things in order, an appreciation stamp and stickers to give merit, and some patches to encourage team spirit.
