Ad Counsel Posters

The project I will be working on will be about a PSA campaign. We have to create a series of three professional quality print ad posters. These posters will promote an important issue or topic that affects individuals and communities.

There are a few rules I will have to follow as I create my poster. It has to be a size of 11 x 17 inches (portrait orientation). I need to choose any one issue or topic that I think is most interesting or important to create a strong visual. This is a campaign or series of three. Each poster should be distinct from the other yet similar enough to be an obvious set when side by side. I must include the Ad Council Vector Logo (Brands of the World). Finally, the posters must have a headline, tag line and/or secondary headline, logo, and URL as part of a call to action.

The issue I want to discuss for my project will be deforestation because as I have grown up over the years, I have seen and noticed the impact of forests being destroyed, and I believe if I design a poster, I will at least have the knowledge of seeing it first-hand.

The audience I want to aim for are teenagers and adults because they are leading us on to future generations. I feel that it is important that my chosen age groups find these poster designs both impactful and visually interesting.
