Alphabet of the Tiger is a competition entry category under poster design and illustration, for MyTiger Values Art Competition 2021 by Maybank. Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) is a Malaysian universal bank.

The goal was to create a poster while incorporating at least one of the TIGER values by Maybank; teamwork, integrity, growth, excellence and efficiency, as well as relationship building.

As alphabets were built and have advanced as a form of communication in various languages, Nicole had personally felt that alphabets were the start of relationship-making and communication amongst humans. 

Besides this, she wanted the piece to have a sort of playful feeling while touching upon the uniqueness found in Malaysia, hence the implementation of tigers in quirky shapes and forms. The illustration design was done to convey the intended message mentioned.

The poster design was a success, as it reached the final round of judgement and was featured in Maybank’s Virtual Art Exhibition titled “MyTIGER Values Art Competition & Exhibition 2021”.
