I provided targeted design and analysis in order to digitise various manual processes associated with employer on-boarding, member on-boarding and broker dashboard activities.
My approach
This was one of the tightest agile deadlines I have ever worked with, it involved:
० Working with all stakeholders to understand processes and systems inside out.
० Co-design sessions with the entire team, developers, product owners and actuaries
० Guerilla testing with users throughout our wireframing stage
Major outcomes
० I made it easy and enticing for their members to complete the onboarding process successfully.
० Fully digital forms and verification reduced the time and effort it previously took for employers to onboard themselves.
० I created (along with the team) an easy to understand tailored investment contribution tool
