NEW: October 2014. The Oktoberfest mascot updated with a new face.
The client wanted a unique mascot to accompany their 2013 Oktoberfest campaign, and requested that it reflect the dual Texan and German influences of their establishment. The result, a man dressed in traditional Bavarian costume and a cowboy hat, appeared on all subsequent marketing materials for the event, including social media, print pieces, and a billboard (see below).
The banner below also featured a hand-drawn illustration, and was displayed at the Hofbrau Restaurant & Beergarden booth at the 2013 San Antonio Current Beer Festival. It drew much attention from passersby and subsequently increased foot traffic to the booth.
