David Leutert is an illustrator and lettering artist from Germany. He holds an MFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Since going freelance in 2017, he’s worked for clients like Adidas, Coach, Dropbox, MTV and Pepsi.

His style is a combination of bold lines, custom type and limited color palettes. David's work has been recognized by the Type Directors Club, Communication Arts, the Society of Illustrators, the Art Directors Club, and American Illustration. After five years in Brooklyn he recently found a new home in Berlin where he’s trying to get into sign painting.
