Given the task of creating two typographical deliveribles depicting a contemporary issue, I chose to look at deforestation using Dr. Seuss' The Lorax. I took my own photos in Plessey Woods, Northumbria and incorporated the typography into the images to create a series of four posters and a short booklet.
Both the photography and the typography in this book are something I am proud of. It also works well to get the idea of the Lorax, speaking for or as the trees across.
This poster was designed more to catch interest in the idea of the booklet than a stand alone piece. The final pieces were printed seperately to be displayed in a row rather than as one big piece.
