I managed the entire process of Spreaker's Publisher Plan video, featuring the enterprise solution for big podcast publishers. It included planning, writing, collecting resources (such as product screenshots and screen recordings), creating a storyboard to guide the motion designer, hire a voice-over actor, and, finally, promoting the video across the web.
