Accessible townhouse
Programming Concept
The townhouse is for the couple without children and pets.
The space:
- should include accessibility needs for wheelchair and possible space for caregiver for overnight staying;
- has to use for work on the computer and clients, where they can see an art collection and the graphic projects;
- has a spot for cooking and entertaining activity.
Design Concept
The design includes:
-accessibility needs for wheelchair;
-a space to display art collection and all needs for visiting of client;
- modern aesthetic style;
- Home office;
- Kitchen for cooking and storage for supplies;
- Dining and Living area for entertaining guests;
- Guest Bedroom for caregiver;
- Master bedroom with Bathroom for owners;
- Laundry space.
