The key notes before starting explorations were:

- The use of base paint to blend with other surfaces as contest was limited to back cover only

- Illustrations should look continuous when in folded state

- Use of circular holes provided (Which are to be used for charging cables, handling etc.)

- Appealing to all age groups

There were quite many opportunities around the circular hole. Even though competition restricts one entry per person, there are few more different graphics I've prepared and will upload soon as it finishes. 

There is a also a version which includes the eyes of owl character, but for final product they would've ended up as cutouts hence removed. The version with both eyes is as follows.

This kind of competitions are necessary as they bring out the best in you and make you master the art even though the driving factor is greed for the prize. I have no shame admitting (because I like what I've done) that my eye is on the second prize - iPad Air; to make more such amazing arts.
