It's often when you are feeling so heavy, all you need to do is to take a deep breath.

Being impatient is what often getting me into troubles, it's been a long and forever journey to fully control my emotion, to see everything clearly, to stop hurting others.

When you are being impatient, please take some time to stop, calm your mind, then think. Try to process your emotions toward what is happening, so then you could see everything clearly and prevent yourself from taking wrong decisions.
