All Knose
All Knose è il progetto di un naso elettronico in grado di individuare l’eventuale presenza nel glutine nei cibi ed è pensato per essere utilizzato nei luoghi di consumo e vendita di cibo, come ristoranti, cucine, mense: il sistema di utilizzo di KNOSE in un ristorante consiste nel servire la portata con il naso elettronico. Il naso è incorporato in un coperchio che protegge il cibo da contaminazioni, in più permette al cameriere di trasportare insieme cibarie Gluten Free e non. L’utilizzo sarà di breve durata (il naso agisce nel tragitto che va dalla cucina all’utente).

All Knose is the project of an electronic nose which detects the possible presence of gluten in foods. It is meant to be used in places of consumption and sale of food, such as restaurants, kitchens, canteens. The system for using All KNOSE in a restaurant is to serve the scope with the electronic nose: the nose is embedded in a cover that protects the food from contamination. Moreover it allows the waiter to carry together the Gluten Free food and the other. The use will be of short duration (the nose acts in the way that goes from the kitchen to the user).
