ZINE DESIGN
This project was about designing a design that is 60% analog and 40% digital. We were free to choose our topic. The design had to contain a cover page, an index and five content pages. I decided to choose a humorous way of talking about a banana plant. I sat down to create a rough sketch on Procreate.
I decided to do the zine in a landscape mode, gathered my stationery and began working on the prototype.

With this project, I learnt about various zine making techniques, how and why zines were created traditionally, the zine culture and the various design styles that zines incorporated. I personally love drawing and zine-making has begun to resonate with me. With this project I also could break away from the usual design style I work with.
