Wellington City Shop Installations

Installations was our way of displaying current students art and design work within locally owned Wellington stores, ranging from florists to art galleries. Our logo along with extra information was applied to the exterior of 10 store windows with vinyl.

The large blue logo captures the attention of those passing by and frames the work of art and design. We are putting our creations into the streets, into the public eye.

Hype Video

The hype video is based on the concept of portraying 'behind the scenes' aspects of deisgn and art. Using the letters from Exposure to highglight the methods from the 10disciplines on offer at Massey University.

The hype video released on our social media sites and promoted by the students.

Social Media

Our social media campaign was a succesful platform to reach a wide range of audiences; keeping family, friends, industry and general public informed and excited. We used Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to build hype to the lead up of Exposure, where students and tutors shared 'behind the scenes' progress for the public to follow and respond to our posts.

The campaign is still underway, so there is more content involved to display. Our Twitter feed was used by students daily to show their progress and create discussions about their projects.

Exposure Wayfinding

Where the public makes the connection with the blue frames and walk through the frames into the space of our creative minds.

The Main building consists of 5 levels (A, B, C, D and E) with various entrances, passages, doorways, stairways and lift options. The challenge of the interior signage was to guide the audience throughout the whole building to cover each section. Considering most visitors will have never been to this campus and new building, therefore need clear direction which standalone from the original buidling wayfinding but does not compromise or distract from the work on display.
