For the web version of the project I boosted a little the saturation of the images and I added a fake paper texture background all over the illustration.
When the images went printed on a calendar, which was the first purpose I made this collection, I choosed an exclusive and fine heavy paper with a lot of rawness, not completely white (a Rives "Tradition" 400g for those who are in the field).
