Your client runs a restaurant and is now extending their services and reach by adding a food truck experience for food markets, events and special occasions, that caters for a specific target audience, and requires particular corporate branding for multiple communication components.

TRUE ITALIC ITALIAN RESTAURANT
True Italic is an Italian restaurant in Bree Street. It is run in true-Italian style by “famiglia Di Pasquale”, consisting of brother and sister team, Luca the Chef and Natasha as front of house management. Their aim is to provide the soulful cuisine and convivial spirit of authentic Italian food. The cuisine they serve is typical to the Emilia Romagna & Sicily region of Italy where they grew up. Their Italian approach to sourcing local, regional ingredients is applied to the South African food environment, and the inspiration from two Italian regions is layered with the Cape Town food vernacular - both modern and traditional. True Italic has an identity, but they feel that they feel that it is time for a refresh. There are many Italian restaurants popping up all over Cape Town - its important for them to communicate what makes True Italic unique. Their focus is on locally sourced, fresh ingredients, simplicity and an emphasis on freshness, tradition and authenticity. They really want to communicate their Italian heritage in context of it’s position in the heart of Cape Town. They stay true to their traditional recipes and ingredients but interpret and express them into a modern context for a modern audience. Through the food truck extension, True Italic aspires to partake in Cape Town’s most popular food markets such as the PnP Taste of Cape Town, Blaawklippen Family Market, Neighbour Goods Market, Stellenbosch Slow Market as well as cater to wedding functions.
