The Joint SDG Fund and related Ministries from Sao Tome and Principe, started the implementation of the Joint Programme ("Programa Conjunto", in portuguese). It represents a wide effort to push up the HDI for the santomenses, with special attention to the poorest people with little access to healthcare, weak family structures and low school attendance.
The Joint Programme needs to present information in a way that both Ministers and Donors, such as the final beneficiaries, could understand their strategies and main goals.

As a result of this consultancy, we produced brochures, infographics and programme logos.
