For this project, I created a product package design line completely based around a fictional character. My character was Edmund Pevensie from the Chronicles of Narnia, and I chose three different types of flashlights (or torches, as any Chronicles of Narnia nerd would know) as my products. Throughout the package design are references to Edmund's storyline and personality, as explained further in the video at the end of this project.

Edmund Pevensie is the third of the four Pevensie children who discover  a different world by going into a wardrobe. Initially a spiteful and rather mean boy, Edmund has a drastic character change by the end of his first adventures in Narnia where he eventually becomes a king. From there, each times he returns to Narnia readers and movie-goers see him grow more and more into a loyal, understanding, and brave person. 

I chose flashlights as my product because during one of his visits to Narnia, Edmund brings along his new "torch" which ends up being very helpful throughout the trip before he accidentally leaves it behind in Narnia when he returns home to England.
