Introduction

Apéricube is a common snack made of cheese cubes with different flavours. The brand has forever been known for it’s quirky flavours and a “playful” attitude in France.

Challenge

The brand realised that Apericube had become a snack brand of the older generations. The newer generation had a wide variety of snacking options to choose from. Apéricube was no longer their go-to.

Due to this, Apéricube wanted to push their playful attitude further and create a new packaging that was a game in itself. 

Furthermore, the brand needed to be restructured. The names had no coherence with the flavours. We needed to find innovative and interesting names for each pack. 
Solution

We proposed graphic packs with different kind of Apéro themes. "L'apéro des potes", L'apéro en famille" etc. 

We create semi-transparent packs, that allowed the consumers to view the cubes inside. 
It was a game of cubes!

Collect and throw all the cubes on the table. When you see 2 identical images, you shout "APERICUUUBEE, if you are the first to have found it, the pair is yours. 

Relaunch the cubes till all the pairs are found. The one with the maximum pairs wins.
