LAND RIGHTS NOW
Land Rights Now mobilizes and engages active citizens, media, communities and organizations worldwide to promote and secure the land rights of Indigenous Peoples and local communities. I had been working for two years to two different advocacy campaigns, as described in the following paragraph.

STAND WITH DEFENDERS
Land rights defenders are a community of people spreading all over the world. Even though they have the right to defend their land, they are criminalized. They stand, they defend, they protect and they resist against injustice, criminalization, overexploitation. And we must support them by standing on their side.
THE VIDEO
There is one side and there is another. Oxfam has asked us to also carry out the campaign video lasting 30 ” using the stock material. Latte Creative was involved in scriptwriting and video translation. The result is a strong and emotional video that involves and informs the public on the issue of land defenders.
MISSION POSSIBILE
Sinjajevina is a pastoral highland in Northern Montenegro, a UNESCO site and a precious basin of biodiversity managed commonly by local populations. Here, in 2019, the government of Montenegro decided to install a military training camp. Lands Right Now asked us to create a campaign to support the petition to save Sinjajevina. Our idea was to represent the local populations’ courage and determination in safeguarding the territory they have been taking care of for centuries and where they live in harmony. With their guidance and our support, saving Sinjajevina is a Possible Mission.
THE VIDEO
In order to tell the story of Sinjajevina, the people who live there and the danger they are in, we produced an impactful video, which aims to engage the viewer and convey the urgency to join, with its support, those who protect this precious territory from destruction.
