For the core poster design, I wanted to incorporate an element of motion. Initially, this would have been achieved via overlays and effects but ultimately, I felt that would do a disservice to the quality of the cinematography featured in the show.
By extending the background of the shot to allow for the correct layout of the poster, I simply overlaid the footage with the still frame previously generated and allowed the movement, and emotion, of the scene to capture the subtle but intimate animation.

While developing the final typographic layout choice for the initial poster, I created a number of alternate layouts that I felt would all work equally as well, leaving that final choice up to the framing of the imagery used.
For this reason, I produced two alternate designs which can be seen below, featuring promotional imagery that was more suited to those layouts.
