This record stand is built for this specific model of Crosley record player, and It holds over 300 records comfortably. The body is made out of reclaimed maple that was garbage picked; it was jointed cut to size and fitted with an MDF backing. No screws are holding the shelves; it's done solely with dowels to give a clean look to the outside and preserve the piece's integrity. The doors were created with mahogany and hickory boards in a repeated inline pattern and have magnetic latching mechanisms.  The piece was finished with a simple antique oil finish that will stand the test of time and protect it from scratches of everyday wear.
