WILDCHILD
Project Descritpion
Eshwar Tiwari (B-Boy Wildchild) is a world-famous breakin’ (or breakdancing) champion and has represented India and his crew (Beast mode) in Taiwan, Korea and events across the Asia and has 25 titles to his name. The challenge was that Wildchild required more branded content as his brand began to grow and increase in reach. As GIFs have become more popular in use by various brands and since I shoot and edit video for artists, we decided to create content for Wildchild’s social media.

Based on the original photo below, first an outlined portrait was created using a Wacom tablet. Chose a bright colour palette to reflect his personality and brand.

Process
Using an iPhone 11, we shot Wildchild at 8 diffrent locations in Andheri, Mumbai doing his signature move the “Wildspin” (a one-handed spin using only the palm). Shoot duration was roughly 4 hours and completed in one day.
4k 30 fps (frames per second) videos were recorded and finalised from a total of 25 videos. Length of each video was about 10 seconds.
Using Adobe Premier Pro to edit the video. I have cut the videos on according to the spining movement and background. Then I added glitch effects in second half of video. Scroll down for to watch full video.
