Lincoln Place wanted a campaign that introduced them to the Venice community. This property stood vacant for about 10 years before reopening. They wanted to convey the quirky, fun style of the community while announcing the reopening and rennovation. This campaign ran on billboards, print advertising and mall signage. I also wrote copy for their business outreach flyer.
