KINGDOM PLAYROOM
The brief was to create a kids brand that could carry a line of product, each with its own subsidiary branding.

The icon is designed based on the company name "Kingdom Playroom", and is a geometric crown that is made up of two sitting kids.

The company focuses on modular or multifunctional toys so geometric shapes was a good representation of their design philosophy.
The timeless font ‘Montsserat’ was chosen for the logo's typography as it easily pairs well with a variety of other script and handwritten fonts, which makes it a good choice for a parent brand and allows for more creativity for its product line.
The Sister Folk
The Sister Folk is a newly established community page that celebrates sisterhood. Their focus is on storytelling and inspirational words, so the final logo uses Playfair Display, a Serif font rooted in European letterforms from the 18th century.

The logo icon is a stylised pair of quotation marks, a reflection of the brand's core values. The colours were chosen to reflect their affectionate and well-versed community with a love for words.

The alternative version of the logo utilises a handwritten font that is more trendy amongst the younger demographic, but lacked the scholarly essence that the brand was looking for.

Blissful Maternity
Blissful Maternity is an online store focusing on pregnancy wear that is also breastfeeding-friendly. The logo is based on a free script font with a handdrawn "B" that shows the side view of an expectant mum.

The brand colours chosen were based on a dusty pink that appeals to the target audience of Millenial mums and is not too overly feminine.
