Grow What Your Father Gave You

'Grow What Your Father Gave You' is a series of zines based around men's vanity. It explores the way men express themselves and create their identity through the flexibility of their appearance. Through the use of humour, the subject of men's vanity can be taken as less of a serious topic to one of an everyday, discussable topic. The series encourages men to not only grow facial hair but to be more experimental with their look. Tying it in with Movember, the humorous take on facial hair addresses the taboo subject of the male identity and encourages men to take part in a cause that only requires them to not shave for a month.
