Neo Lemonade was borne from a need to create something special for the locals of Docksides in Melbourne, by a local who loved his area. The Eatery was engaged by the owners to help bring their vision of a relaxed cafe bistro to life.
Eatery was tasked with further cultivating that reputation, via the development of a landmark modern Japanese restaurant. From the naming strategy to the opening week, both our design and operational teams were invested to bring this dining experience to life.
