Kohanaiki is an invitation-only private club community in Hawai’i, carefully crafted on 450 oceanfront acres of the Big Island of Hawai`i. Once the playground of Hawai`i’s greatest king, Kamehameha I, its shores are steeped in history, with sacred artifacts, cultural landmarks, and petroglyphs: a rustic mixture of rolling golf greens, sacred ponds, lava flows, palm trees, and a 1½ mile stretch of stunning Kona coastline.
Kohanaiki is the first new development of its kind on the Big Island in nearly a decade, and represents an evolution of the private club experience, instilling a welcoming, relaxed and comfortable lifestyle that is reflected in the warm and graceful attentiveness of the staff and the sense of genuine community among members. Working with the current brand we have developed ads, lookbooks, floorplans for new homes, maps, home and club brochures and other marketing materials for Kohanaiki.
