35 DAYS OF GURMUKHI
- Imagining Latin typefaces in Gurmukhi -
#35DaysofGurmukhi is a type project that invites creative individuals to express their interpretation of the Gurmukhi letters of the Punjabi script. For Season 2 of the year 2021, I chose to pick up one font each day, with its' name starting with the letter of the day. Throughout the journey I studied various new fonts in detail, analysing the minute aspects. I also worked with a handful of familiar typefaces and recreated the gorgeous details that I earlier hadn't appreciated enough. Below is a compilation of the project.
