This represents a sampling of some of the annual reports I have produced. In many of these, I was responsible for creative concept, themes, art direction, design, illustrations, layout and production.

Layout based on based on existing in-house materials. Concept re-imagined for fresh, individual look. Final piece is a 8 page double gate fold and also included a B&W 16 page bind in with donor names. Final size is 5.5 x 9.25 which fit in existing CHSC promotional folder.
