From the Children's Book category, I took upon designing the cover for Goodnight Mr. Tom, an award-winning children's novel written by Michelle Magorian. A heart-warming story, set in 1939, between a boy named William Beech, who grew up in the city of London, and Mr. Tom (Thomas Oakley), who lived in the countryside. Through this brief, I wanted to portray the difference in homes that contrast within the novel as it is an essential motif for this story.
