Quarantine 🏠 is a designated and isolated area where people who are suspected of having infectious disease stay for a while, until the virus is out of their system.

For COVID-19, people who test positive for the virus are required to stay indoors. In Tanzania 14 days stay in quarantine is required for people suspected to have the  Coronavirus. 👋Buh byeee virus, see you never! 😜

Stay at home and maintain a healthy lifestyle i.e. eat a balanced diet available in your own environment, sleep and exercise regularly. Exercise/nutrition is the best way to keep our bodies on track and healthy!

The corona pandemic is a testing time for all of us across the world.🌎 it’s EXTRA hard for young people...seriously! 🙋🏽‍♀️Adolescents are already going through so many changes, as hormone surges can cause mood swings and make you feel a bit crazy during puberty. 🤪Add COVID-19 into the mix and it’s no wonder stressful situations arise.

Do you know that these days if you don't have access to buy masks, you can make it your own? Very easy! Try to follow the steps below, you only need a fabric like handkerchief, or kitenge and hair elastic, Just that!

Even though school may be closed, our opportunities for learning don’t have to stop.

Do you have something that you would like to learn  or improve your skills on while you are at home, might be that you are dreaming of ,a new recipe or the talent that you have.
