Inspired by the Non-GMO Project's mission, I created a 10 poster series to raise awareness about genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Using Adobe Illustrator, I employed typography, color, and illustration to visually convey the hidden gene sources within crops, exposing the presence of GMOs. Each poster's bold design magnifies the importance of understanding what we consume. The words within the crops are the names of the added gene sources that are hidden beneath the surface of the fruit and represent the actual seeds of the fruits. This project aligns with the Non-GMO Project's values, demonstrating my commitment to using design for education and advocacy on critical societal issues.
