빠르고 간편한 이동 수단인 전동 킥보드는 우리의 라이프 스타일에 전환점을 주었습니다. 공유에서 개인의 소유로 넘어오며 이동에서의 새로운 가치를 전달합니다. 빠르게 변화하는 라이프 스타일 욕구를 반영해 기준점 하나로 standing, sitting 모드를 넘나 드는 새로운 전동킥보드를 제안합니다.

The electric kickboard, which is a quick and easy way to travel, has given us a turning point in our lifestyle. Transfers from sharing to individual ownership and delivers new value on the move. Reflecting the rapidly changing lifestyle needs, I propose a new electric kickboard that crosses standing and sitting mode with just one reference point.

‘ARC’는 기계화 되고 있는 세상 속에서 빠르게 부상하고 있는 전동 킥보드 시장과 다양한 라이프 스타일을 원하는 사용자들을 위한 제품입니다. 미니멀하지만 포인트 있는 기능과 디자인으로 접근해, 전동 킥보드를 현대적으로 해석했습니다.

'ARC' is for the fast-emerging electric kickboard market and users who want a variety of lifestyles in a mechanized world. Approaching minimal but pointy features and designs, I interpreted electric kickboard in a modern way.

‘Black’ 색상과 ‘Metal’ 소재의 합이 주는 세련되고 시크한 도시적 이미지에 ‘Yellow Red’의 강렬하지만 따뜻한 포인트 색상을 더해 전동 킥보드 시장에서 특별한 존재감이 돋보이도록 했습니다. 핸들 파트의 양쪽에 배치된 버튼을 이용해 손쉽고 안전하게 lock / unlock 기능을 하도록 설계했습니다.

The sophisticated and chic urban image of the "Black" color and the combination of "Metal" material adds the intense but warm point color of "Yellow Red" to highlight its presence in the electric kickboard market. The lock / unlock function is designed to be easy and safe by using the button on the handle part.

‘Lock holder’를 이용해 레버를 당기고 밀어 넣는 행위로 간단하면서도 빠르게 원하는 포지션을 갖도록 했습니다. 전동 킥보드를 즐기는 방식을 standing과 sitting 포지션으로 나누어, 타는 재미를 더하고 편리함을 주었습니다.

Pulling and pushing the lever using 'Lock holder' is simple and fast to have the desired position. I divided the way to enjoy electric kickboard into standing and sitting posit -ions, giving them the fun and convenience of riding.

‘ARC’의 발 지지대는 built-in 구조로 이루어져 있습니다. Sitting -position으로 바꿀 때, 발을 이용해 가볍게 눌러주면 팝업되며 나옵니다.
반대의 경우, 딸깍거리는 소리가 날 때까지 넣어줍니다.

The foot support of 'ARC' consists of a built-in structure. When changing to a Sitting position, press lightly using your feet to pop up.
In the opposite case, put it in until it clicks.

‘ARC’의 소프트웨어 기능은 전달력이 강한 단순함을 추구합니다. 필요한 정보만 간단하게 표기해 작은 화면 안에서 빠른 읽기가 가능해집니다. 이는 흑백의 굵직한 대비를 통해 보여집니다. ‘ARC’의 보안은 디스플레이에 내장되어 있는 지문 인식을 기반으로 테크니컬을 강조한 똑똑한 보안을 합니다.

The software function of 'ARC' seeks deliverable simplicity. You can read it quickly on a small screen by simply marking the information you need. This is shown through a large contrast in black and white. The 'ARC' security is based on the fingerprint recognition built into the display, which provides intelligent security with an emphasis on techniques.
